Customers should be able to request deletion of uploaded files, generated plans, assistant context, and account metadata.
Production setup should connect this page to a support inbox or account portal. Suggested support address: support@marq5.ai.
What To Include
Send the email or support request from the same address used for membership. Include the business name, PayPal subscription ID if available, and the phrase “Delete my MARQ5 AI data.”

Before public launch, connect deletion requests to your database, storage bucket, subscription records, and audit log so customer data can be removed completely and reliably.
